Turning 44

What Im doing now is helping Churches connect the Word in the house to the Music in the House to create a distinct Sound of the House. Teaching people to write for their house in their house and not just sing songs on Sunday that have no connection, distinction or relevance to the word in the house. soundofthehouse.com

Learn to properly connect the Word in the House with the Music in the House creating a Sound of the House. 2010 the start of a “New Order”.

Christmas is over… Forward into the New Year. 2010 is the start of a new order.

1st step in Detecting the Sound of the House: Hear the Word today and Take Notes.

I am excited about your organization. However, I just have a few questions for you. I hope that you can help me understand what you set out to do.

1. If a church or individual is a member and they write a song, will they have the full copyrights of their material?
You keep all rights and royalties.
2. If they don\’t, why not?

N/A

3. As an organization and not a record label, who is paying for studio time? How will it be recouped and by who?
Your organization pays if you decide to record a CD. We advise you at all levels whether recording live or studio, one song or ten, we are here to help you.
If you have a song to submit for consideration in our catalog, we don’t require a professional recording.
4. Are the artists on the compilation signed to your organization through a deal or just a membership, please explain?
Just signed as writers when submitting material. Not signing as an Artist it’s just a membership.
5. I see that you have eliminated the distribution company and will employee the artists themselves to sell the units, whose loss is it if they buy the units from you and can\’t sell them?
Every church that joins buys 50 CDs / quarter to do whatever they would like with them. They purchase at $6.00 and can sell them for a profit or give them away. No strings attached.
Right now our first goal is to help promote a CD of our own.
We will build relationships with joining churches and assist in recording their sound when they are ready. I am not recording individuals I am partnering with churches and connected people to those churches. Our first scheduled release is the first quarter of 2010. Our next recording is October 2010.
6. Is your organization a 501 (c) 3 or a domestic corporation?
Domestic currently. We are considering 501c3 applications january 2010 which I think would be great to do.

I apologize in advance for so many questions but I have to know what I am getting into. The music industry saddens me because it pimps people for their God given gifts and talents. I really want to see God get the glory out of this and not man. A the body of Christ we can\’t copy the world. God has freely given us all things and we shouldn\’t have to sell everything to each other. Thank you in advance for answering my questions. Truly from my heart I have no intentions of offending you or your organization. God bless you,
